Making Sure You’re Happy with Your Snazzl Style

At Snazzl, we want you to love your new clothes! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Here’s our return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth experience.

Returns

We offer returns for unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exceptions to Returns:

• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code may have a different return policy, as specified at the time of purchase.
• Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way.

How to Make a Return:

1. Contact Us:

   Initiate a return request by contacting our customer service team at info@snazzl.in within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Authorization:

   We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.

3. Safe Return Shipping:

   Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization slip. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank’s processing time.  

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your unwanted item(s) and use the refund to place a new order for the correct size or style.

Incorrect or Damaged Items:

If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@snazzl.in within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at our expense.

General Information:

• We reserve the right to modify this return and exchange policy at any time.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.
• For hygienic reasons, certain items like swimwear or undergarments may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
